I would recommended going to this place. Not pushy very professional on and off the phone. Very clean and organized inside. They didn't get mad when told to let me think it over. Two things that I want to note, right up front: First, I don't reflexively rate anything a full five-stars (the all/nothing habit some folks have the reviews is unproductive); Second, I have historicall had a lot of trust issues with mechanics.
These fellas are friendly, capable, fast, service-oriented, and most crucially, honest. To the extend I have had any problems with their services, when i raised my concerns they readily listened and immediately responded to make things right, with zero hesitation.
I couldn't be happier. They are setting the standard in Concord, as far as I am concerned.
